EXCELLENT DENTISTRY REQUIRES EXCELLENT PEOPLE…
At Rodericks Dental, open communication and a strong support infrastructure is something we pride ourselves on. We empower our teams to be successful and we urge our practice teams to realise their potential.
For practice acquisitions, every person involved in the process is there because they have the dedication and passion for this profession and for the success of our company. They want the best for everyone involved in an acquisition.
MEET OUR TEAM
Acquisitions Manager – Faye Gibson
Faye started with Rodericks in September 2018 and brings with her a variety of dental and business experience. Faye has worked in dentistry for over 10 years and started her career as a dental nurse. It was here that the practice she worked for was acquired by a large dental group and, shortly after, she had progressed to working in the acquisitions team for the same company for several years, building her experience and knowledge of dental acquisitions along the way.
The key aspects of Faye’s role are to be the main contact for the seller and provide ongoing support during the whole acquisition. Faye will also be responsible for collecting the Due Diligence directly from our sellers as well as supporting the practice teams leading up to completion. Faye will work alongside Rebecca to liaise with relevant internal departments (including Integration), to prepare for the practice joining the Rodericks group.
Acquisitions Coordinator – Rebecca Bird
Rebecca joined Rodericks in 2015 and has since helped Rodericks grow the business by over 25 Acquisitions. Rebecca’s main role includes sourcing our acquisitions, coordinating the legal due-diligence, and managing NHS and CQC applications. Internally, Rebecca liaises with both Faye and our Rodericks departments to ensure that we capture all the details of how your practice runs ‘day to day’, this in turn helps us to continue your hard work and drive the practice forward. Together with our Head of Legal and our Acquisitions Manager, Rebecca will ensure that everything is happening as planned and on time to ensure a smooth sale transition.
Head of Legal – Alison Middleton
Alison Middleton is our Head of Legal Services who has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate solicitor with 7 of these years specialising in healthcare. Alison is able to advise our lawyers and support the sale process to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly from beginning to end.
Integrations Manager – Sarah McLeod
Sarah is the newest member of the team, she started with Rodericks in April 2019. Sarah has worked in the dental industry for over 20 years beginning her career as a dental nurse. Sarah has since worked her way up including taking on the role of practice manager for over 10 years. Sarah’s previous experience brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the day to day running of a practice, which in turn enables her to guide sellers and their teams through the transitional period and helps to ensure the practice continues to provide excellent dental care to its patients.
After completion, Sarah is the port of call for everyone in the practice and will be the teams face of Rodericks.
