As well as your FD curriculum, we provide optional hands-on CPD courses in minor oral surgery, endodontics, restorative dentistry, periodontology and much more, all to expand your knowledge and skills and enable you to offer your patients more choice. These also cover practical training in Rotary Endodontic and Digital X Ray systems.
We believe in providing clinical freedom to dentists at all levels to enable the delivery of great, effective results. This means we not only make available an excellent core list of materials to provide NHS care, but we also provide access to hundreds of products to enable you to deliver private care. What’s more, you’re not restricted to the labs you use, as long as they meet our standards and appliances are manufactured in the UK.
We are led by dentists, so you have access to over 100 years of training experience from just the senior management team alone! But with access to a wider support infrastructure, you will be assisted from both within the practice via mentors, and outside the practice via our central and field-based teams including HR, recruitment, facilities, IT and marketing.
We know that when you take your first role as a Foundation Dentist, you can be worried about practicing on your own. That’s why as well as providing training and development, clinical freedom and a full support infrastructure, we provide dedicated FD support days and have open-door policies across the board (from your own peer group and experienced dentists), giving you the confidence you need to tackle any treatment.
If you’d like to take advantage of this package and so much more, register your interest in becoming an FD with Rodericks by filling in the form below. A member of our team will be in touch shortly. We can also arrange for you to speak with a current FD, or to have a tour at your local practice.
