Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Cover Manager role to cover dental practices within Northampton, Kettering, Oundle, Rugby, Burbage and Beaumont Leys Area.

The ideal candidate will:
• Lead and manage staff with passion and enthusiasm
• Motivate staff to achieve their goals
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrate a responsible attitude to work and excellent attention to detail

What are We Looking for in a Practice Manager?
A dental nursing qualification and/ or previous experience within the dental, or other healthcare environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be flexible, and be willing to carry out additional duties to support the practice. Transport will be required to travel to practices within the region. A full training programme will be tailored towards the successful candidate.
