Our Clinical Director and independent Clinical Advisers provide support to dentists on clinical matters and compliance matters. They also provide appraisals and reviews on a routine basis.
Our Operations Director works closely with our Regional Manager and team of 5 Area Managers to ensure that we are efficient and effective and that our practice teams are supported appropriately. Our Regional Manager is focused heavily on developing our Area Managers to be the best they can be, which filters through to the efficient and high standards you would expect from a Rodericks dental practice.
Training and Development Support
Our Training Manager and dedicated team of reception/nurse trainers provide an ongoing training program including a comprehensive induction process. For clinicians, we provide many hours of CPD opportunities in a variety of subjects from essential clinical requirements to developing new skills.
Our Finance, HR and Marketing Teams are there to take the pressure off practices, allowing them to focus on their patients. Furthermore, we continue to develop our internal processes on an ongoing basis and invest in automated systems to further improve efficiency and accuracy.
