It is so important to have the right people, in the right places with the right attitude towards patient care. Over recent years as we have grown our group of practices, we have put significant time and investment into developing our people and we are proud of our support network.
Our Chief Clinical Officer and independent Clinical Advisors provide support to dentists on clinical and compliance matters. They also provide appraisals and reviews on a routine basis.
Our Chief Clinical Officer works closely with our Head of Operations and team of Area Managers to ensure that we are efficient and effective and that our practice teams are supported appropriately. We are also focused on developing our Area Managers to be the best they can be, which filters through to the efficient and high standards you would expect from a Rodericks dental practice.
Training and Development Support
Our Training Manager and dedicated team of reception/nurse trainers provide an ongoing training program including a comprehensive induction process. For clinicians, we provide many hours of CPD opportunities in a variety of subjects.
Our Finance, HR and Marketing Teams are there to take the pressure off practices, allowing them to focus on their patients. Furthermore, we continue to develop our internal processes on an ongoing basis and invest in automated systems to further improve efficiency and accuracy.
