Duties and Responsibilities

Working alongside our in-house team of Qualified Nurse Trainers you will fully support, develop and mentor our Trainee Dental Nurses within the practice and from time to time travel to our other nearby practices to offer the same level of support.

To work closely with and provide clinical support to the Practice Manager.

As the Senior Dental Nurse you will be extremely organised, have excellent communication skills be self-driven and able to work at a fast pace.  You will work as part of a team to ensure the Practice is CQC compliant.

To support Foundation Dentists in their development and training, if applicable.

To support Specialist Dentists deliver high quality care to their patients.

To support the Practice Manager to ensure all validation checks and tasks to HTM01-05 and Rodericks Clinical Governance.

Skills/Qualifications

Registration with the General Dental Council

National Certificate in Dental Nursing or NVQ Level 3 Oral Healthcare or equivalent

A good standard of general education

Experience of HTM01-05 working procedures

Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Nurse
