 Rodericks Ltd is based in Northamptonshire and was established in 2005. There are 6 directors:

Shalin Mehra - Managing Director

Shalin Mehra is a General Dental Practitioner with over twenty years experience with a special interest in Orthodontics.

He has a long running interest in the development of future dentists which is an area in which he has held a vast number of varying posts. He was a V.T. trainer for eight years before setting up the Northampton V.T. scheme after which he was appointed Regional Adviser in 2001. He followed this up with his appointment of Associate Director of Post-Graduate Medical and Dental Education in the Oxford Region in 2005. In the same year Shalin was also appointed as a member of the Regional Advisory Board for Wesleyan Medical Sickness.

In 2007, he was commissioned by NCAS to establish monitoring tools for dentists including remedial training.

In 2008, he was involved in establishing the first V.T. scheme for Therapists in England and was on the steering group for "Guidance on Standards for Dental Educators".

Steve Brookes -The Clinical Director.

He is a general dental practitioner, Dental Practice Adviser for Northamptonshire PCT, Vocational Trainer for the last 17 years, a General Dental Council Dental Complaints Service panellist, a member of the Northampton Local Dental Committee, and on the Regional VT Committee. Currently he is involved in the Oxford Overseas Dentists induction programme, teaching and tutoring for 7 days each year on essential NHS protocol;s and procedures. He was also the Adviser for the Oxford VT scheme for 5 years. He has been a finalist for VT adviser of the year, and was runner up for VT trainer of the year 2006.

Doug Robertson - Financial Director

He was qualified in 1979 and has experience of working in hospital, general practice and vocational training. He has worked for the Professional Executive Committee of Northampton Primary Care Trust, the Local Dental Committee, Oxford Postgraduate Dental Committee and the Regional Vocational Training Committee. He still spends a significant amount of time in general practice and is still a Vocational Trainer. His role within the company is to be in charge of the day to day financial aspects, liaising closely with the Finance Director, Company Accountants and Managing Director to ensure the continuance of the strong financial position the company currently enjoys.

Alpesh Khetia - Human Resources & Aqusitions

Alpesh completed vocational training in 2000 with the Weston Favell group of Dental Practices (now known as Rodericks Ltd). He continued his work with the Company as an associate and became a director in 2002. Alpesh is involved in the recruitment of new dentists, hygienists and therapists and ensuring their wellbeing whilst with the company. He is also involved with sourcing future acquisitions, marketing and expanding the Company.

Lewis Ross - Finance Director

Lewis has recently joined the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant who acts as a Consultant Finance Director for Rodericks Ltd. He has been a finance director and consultant to a variety of businesses providing advice and Corporate Governance. He has worked with both privately owned companies, AIM listed companies and one Public Limited Company.

Pauline Larrington - Operations Director

She has been with the company for over 15 years. Previously she worked in a supervisory capacity for a Barclays Bank and after taking a break to bring up her two children returned to work on a part time basis for Weston Favell Dental Practice. During this time she left the company to work within the NHS in a clerical role, giving an insight as to how a larger organization within the health sector operates. In 2000 she returned to Weston Favell Dental Practice in the role of Practice Manager, progressing to Area Manager and then Operations Director.

Roderick’s has a rapidly expanding group of Dental Practices based in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.

Roderick’s has two further divisions which work in partnership with other individuals forming:

Roderick’s acts as the head office for all three divisions of the company and provides central support for:

  • Recruitment
  • Invoicing
  • Clinical governance and Health and safety
