Their knowledge and experience of dentistry at all levels allows our Company to provide the highest quality care not only to our patients but to our dentists and support staff.

Rodericks Ltd is based in Northamptonshire and was established in 1923. The current Directors have been operating Rodericks since 2005. There are a number of Companies that operate group dental practices. Rodericks is proud to be different. Rodericks is a Company for dentists by dentists.

Shalin Mehra is a General Dental Practitioner with over twenty years experience with a special interest in Orthodontics.

He has a long running interest in the development of future dentists which is an area in which he has held a vast number of varying posts. He was a V.T. trainer for eight years before setting up the Northampton V.T. scheme after which he was appointed Regional Adviser in 2001. He followed this up with his appointment of Associate Director of Post-Graduate Medical and Dental Education in the Oxford Region in 2005. In the same year Shalin was also appointed as a member of the Regional Advisory Board for Wesleyan Medical Sickness.

In 2007, he was commissioned by NCAS to establish monitoring tools for dentists including remedial training.

In 2008, he was involved in establishing the first V.T. scheme for Therapists in England and was on the steering group for "Guidance on Standards for Dental Educators".

Steve Brookes -The Clinical Director.

He is a general dental practitioner, Dental Practice Adviser for Northamptonshire PCT, Vocational Trainer for the last 17 years, a General Dental Council Dental Complaints Service panelist, a member of the Northampton Local Dental Committee, and on the Regional VT Committee. Currently he is involved in the Oxford Overseas Dentists induction programme, teaching and tutoring for 7 days each year on essential NHS protocols and procedures. He was also the Adviser for the Oxford VT scheme for 5 years. He has been a finalist for VT adviser of the year, and was runner up for VT trainer of the year 2006.

Alpesh Khetia - Workforce Director

Alpesh completed vocational training in 2000 with the Weston Favell group of Dental Practices (now known as Rodericks Ltd). He continued his work with the Company as an associate and became a director in 2002. Alpesh is involved in the recruitment of new dentists, hygienists and therapists and ensuring their well being whilst with the company. He is also involved with sourcing future acquisitions, marketing and expanding the Company.

Carlos Clark - Business Development and Acquisitions Director

Is a General Practitioner (Birmingham 1991). Carlos has always been very committed to postgraduate training. He completed a year's restorative course in 1995. In 2001, he became a V.T. trainer on the Oxford Scheme, gained enhanced trainer status in 2006. He is currently undertaking a diploma in Medical Education.

He has a wide experience providing both NHS and Private dental care, but also has over 16 years experience in setting up and management of multi practitioner sites.

Carlos was a joint venture partner with Rodericks Ltd, prior to the merging of business and joining of the board.

Lewis Ross - Finance Director

Lewis has recently joined the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant who acts as a Consultant Finance Director for Rodericks Ltd. He has been a finance director and consultant to a variety of businesses providing advice and Corporate Governance. He has worked with both privately owned companies, AIM listed companies and one Public Limited Company.
